Hotel Winway - Indore

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was very convenient for me as it was close to the main center of the city and near the railway station. The staff at the hotel were very courteous and helpful, especially their Front Office Manager who made sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room facilities, especially the washroom, were top-notch. I also appreciated the variety of amenities available, such as the room service, car hire, and laundry services. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded my expectations.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Location was perfect for our city break. We were only a short distance from the main tourist attractions which made it very convenient for us. The breakfast spread was very impressive and provided us with a great start to our day. We also really appreciated the polite and helpful staff who were always on hand to make sure our stay was comfortable.

The reception staff's confusion upon checking in was a bit of a downside to our experience. It took a bit of time to sort out and caused some unnecessary stress.

The staff was super helpful and friendly, making us feel at home throughout our city trip. the spacious rooms and comfortable beds were a plus, and we loved the well-equipped bathroom with a great shower. the hotel's central location made it easy to get around and explore the city.

Although the food was delicious, we experienced some disturbances at night with the lights flickering on and off. It was quite bothersome, especially at 3 am.

The breakfast spread could have more variety.
